Interaction with a therapy dog has been shown to improve self-esteem, provide feelings of acceptance from others, lift mood, support emotional self-regulation, have a calming effect and reduce anxiety and depression.

I practice a combination of modalities all with a pull towards systemic therapies that are embodied and deeply relational. In a session I pay attention to the ‘here and now’ as well as look at patterns that emerge in your relationships with friends, colleagues, partners, family and with yourself.
How much does it cost?
In 2023 the fee is $160 for individuals and $360 for families. The creation of an individual plan is included which involves an assessment session with the client/care providers/partner and a longer term program with suggested external support teams such as GP’s and alternative practitioners.
How do I book?
Appointments are usually on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Should you have other requirements we can work out a schedule that suits you and your family.
