Psychotherapy

More than talk therapy. A deeper way of understanding yourself and your relationships.

Sometimes knowing why we feel or behave a certain way isn’t enough to change it.

My approach is relational, embodied and in-depth. Drawing on Gestalt, somatic, attachment theory, trauma-informed and systemic psychotherapy, we explore not only your experiences, but how they live in your body, emotions and how they impact your relationships and ability to thrive.

Therapy becomes a space to recognise familiar patterns, reconnect with yourself and discover new ways of being. It can also involve deep grief and loss.

Individual Therapy

A space to explore grief, loss, anxiety, trauma, identity, life transitions or feeling stuck. Together, we work beyond intellectual understanding towards greater awareness, connection and meaningful change and acceptance. This is a space where you rewire how to thrive, despite adversity.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can bring both connection and challenge. We explore communication, intimacy, conflict and recurring dynamics, creating opportunities for deeper understanding and more authentic ways of relating.

Family Therapy

Families are interconnected systems shaped by shared histories, expectations and patterns. Family therapy explores these dynamics, supporting greater understanding, healthier boundaries and more connected relationships.

An Embodied, Relational Approach

Therapy isn’t simply talking about what happened. We pay attention to what’s happening now — in your emotions, body and relationships. We move around the room and bring in all elements that prevent your ability to thrive.

Through curiosity, awareness and sometimes hard work, new possibilities can emerge.
