I am a psychotherapist and a writer and I’ve held a longstanding connection with storytelling and the human condition.
In my twenties, impassioned by a love of story, I embarked drama school. These three years taught me how to live in this body we have been given (and not in one's head) and gave me a profound understanding of non-verbal communication. Being able to interpret body language, facial expressions, vocal tonality in others is a skill I use every day.
It informs my practice as a psychotherapist.

In tandem with my work in film, radio and television I began to train in the healing arena. I spent over six years training and continue to do so.
I have worked in private practice with individuals, couples and group for eight years. The focus on my therapy work is life transitions, trauma, reproductive therapy and anxiety and depression.
